Once you have purchased a subscription to our web service, it is considered a final sale. Due to the nature of our digital products, we generally do not offer refunds or exchanges after the purchase is made.

In exceptional cases where there may be extenuating circumstances, such as billing errors or service disruptions caused by our end, we will review refund or exchange requests on a case-by-case basis. Such requests must be submitted within a reasonable timeframe, and a thorough investigation will be conducted before any decision is made.

Our web service operates on a subscription-based model with recurring billing cycles.

Unless you choose to cancel your subscription before the end of the current billing cycle, your subscription will automatically renew for subsequent cycles.
